Kinya Trotman
Kinya earned her Masters in Education in 2006 and has over five years of program management and fundraising experience. Prior to founding Empire, Kinya served as the Senior Program Director for Oasis Community Corporation and as a museum educator for (SEEC) at The National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Kinya has a passion for art education and youth development. As a mother and an educator, Kinya understands the importance of providing children with an enriching environment where they can be creative and most importantly, have fun!

Bridget Ellsworth
Ms. Ellsworth earned her Bachelor’s of Music in Classical Composition from SUNY Purchase. Bridget has over four years of experience working in summer camps and serves as the after school director for the Ella Baker School. Bridget loves reading, baking and most of all playing music and working with children.

Matthew Chipman
Matthew Chipman "Chip"earned his BFA in Dramatic Writing from SUNY Purchase. Chip specializes in teaching chess, soccer and comic book creation to children. Prior to joining Empire he worked for Oasis Children’s Services summer camp in Central Park. Chip began his summer camp experience in 2004 at Camp Mitchell in Arkansas and has been a youth development professional every since!

Keirsten Stanton has worked with various camps and organizations prior to joining Empire Children's Programs in October 2010. Ms. Stanton enjoys photography and spending time with her son.
